It was my first time ever ordering online. Alblas Leather had a Black Friday special the 29th of November 2019. I was a bit sceptic ordering online, but decided to order and pay the same day. Within 2 weeks I received a delivery from them with shoes meant for "Rina". Not the same shoes I ordered. I tried to call the number for Cherise from Alblas Leather, that was on the package. The number did not exist. I then sent an email, advising that I received Rina's shoes, they must collect and deliver my order. Cherise advised that she will arrange for collection. About the 18th of December the courier collected the shoes. I then sent an email requesting an update on my order. I received a reply with a note stating that they are having problems with their leather supplier, but will keep us updated,this was on the 17th of December 2019. On the 6th of January 2020 I sent an email requesting an update on my order and even tried commenting on their Facebook page ( My comment were removed and the other comments were not visible) Then I sent them a message on Facebook Messenger, still with no reply at all. A few days later I sent another email, but still no reply. This is very unprofessional and the customer service is Non-existent! I paid for shoes, which I never received!!!!!!!
