Sold EPSON Printer BEYOND warranty period via TAKEALOT.
Bad business practices. They sold me an EPSON EcoTank L6290 Printer on the Takealot Black Friday Sale of 2025. When I received it, the WARRANTY had already Expired on 28 August 2025. Then I received a replacement printer in January 2025. The warranty had ALSO expired 28 August 2025. Then I checked the INVOICE. It said that the invoice was "Issued on behalf of BATAVIYA TRADERS T/A ALCELL." Thus...this business is to blame. A court case will follow if this matter is not resolved within this week. Don't buy anything from this store
Pure **** I brough second hand ezviz C3TN 3mp on 15 September 2025 delivered 17 September 2025 the video quality of the camera is so poor even on highest video resolution at night you can't see nothing is like 480p even with colour night vision

I bought a RCT inverter from this company and I am very disappointing that my inverter has only lasted 9 months, it only lasts 1 hour now, with nothing plugged in for that hour then I only plug my laptop in and it beeps at me to unplug it. This is unacceptable my model number is RCT-2000VAS. What can be done about this, it is not acceptable that this only lasts this long after charging all night. It should not happen for such an expensive product in such terrible load shedding times in South Africa, I can not afford to buy one each year, this should not happen.
