The online process was followed up with a call to formalise the preliminary quote. The final premium was even lower than the quote. One small hick-up, but everything has been sorted, including the R1.00/month premium for hearing aids.

I never in my life experienced such poor service, especially from a pharmacy that is gambling with peoples life's due to their absolutely non-existence of service delivery. It is beyond imagination that Bonitas could terminate the services of Pharmacy Direct and move to Marara Pharmacy as their chronic medication DSP. In January 2025, it took them 2 weeks from the submission of the scripts to submit a claim to Bonitas and then another 10 days for delivery of the medication, which was only qty 28 and not 30, as prescribed. The repeat claim was only submitted on 1st March 2025 and I immediate paid the co-payment online through the Marara app. Now 11 days later still waiting for the shipment details, no chronic medication and no communication from either Marara or Bonitas. They should be investigated by the medical council.

I ordered a one year subscription for McAfee antivirus from Platinum Selection and by mistake clicked on the collection in Cape Town, instead of Midrand. Gareth at Platinum Selection soretd the problem out and e-mailed me the activation code. Thank you for your exceptional service.
I bought a 5 year subscription for McAfee virus protection from Lanienterprise. The setup key that they supplied takes you to the installation program for McAfee, but the installation don't activate and or install. I am trying to contact them, without any success and they only supply the e-mail address as contact details.

On Friday 23 October 2020 at 09:31 I received a call from what was supposedly MTN. The call Centre agent told me that it is for the upgrade of my current contract. The lady told me she is calling from MTN, which is a blatant lie, as she is working for Rewardsco. When I received the contract application form, referenced 1-2290195826, I discovered that the document is for an additional sim and for a contract period of 36 months. This same document refers you to an MTN number 808, that does not exist. I phoned the MTN call Centre number 135 at 10:36 and was referred to phone 031 533 3000, which is the Rewardsco number. This number just puts you on hold and cuts the call after about 1 minute. After numerous attempts, at 10:56 I eventually spent more than 30 minutes trying to explain to Rewardsco that I am not interested in the contract, as was sent to me and that it must be cancelled. This call was dropped after 32 minutes and 13 seconds. I eventually, as a matter of urgency, sent an e-mail to MTN customer services as well to confirm the above information in support of the cancellation of the application. MTN ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER 3489244 refers. None of above actions seems to be successful, as the courier service is phoning me 3 times a day since Monday 26 October 2020 for arrangements regarding the delivery of the package.
