Yet another site where you can not apply for jobs unless you pay. Well I dont have a job, so no money to pay a fee. Thanks for nothing
I have app**** to maybe for a number of jobs there, but each time I have to pay. I paid the first time and they messed me around became the jobs were no longer active. what a way ton get someone's hopes up fill in all of the details and then realize if I don't pay I cant apply. Thank you for getting my hopes up and then completely mess with me who can not afford the website
I have tried to apply for jobs but I can not just be cause I can not pay the fee Wow thank you supporting the people; such bull****, online the elite can apply for jobs. Hood job
They said they would remind me before my subscription would renew. They did not and automatically took R1500 off of account. I am un-impressed for such a lucrative company to not stick to their promise is very upsetting especially for someone looking for a job and therefore unemployed. I am most likely to remove my account altogether.
I am very disappointed with supposably such a reputable store. I bought a inverter from them. It failed within 6 months. Thinking it was a easy process I returned it. They assured me that I would be assessed and then I would receive notification of the situation. A month went by and no answer. I then got hold of customer service who did very little to help, logged tickets etc. Then when I phoned 5 weeks later. I was told my return was not logged. I have now waited 5 weeks still no response and so I am having to get by working from home with no inverter and having to waste my money finding wifi spots. There is still no communication from them unless I call to complain again. Even worse I went into the store where quite frankly the people behind the desk are not professional at all, letting people cut in front of me in the line. I really hope that it was not to do with how I look and had no regard for protocol . This is unacceptable and will find ways to get to higher up to get my situation sorted as it will probably be 2 months before I have an answer. I will never purchase another thing from homechoice and I suggest that other people heed my warning. I have already posted this once and have been told someone will contact me. I have sent 3 emails to the contact email, no response, no response when I was told someone will contact me. It is impossible to get answers.

I have a sms telling me I have been paid money to a PayFast account but I am nervous to click on the link as I feel it could be a ****, has anyone else had this experience?
I bought a RCT inverter from this company and I am very disappointing that my inverter has only lasted 9 months, it only lasts 1 hour now, with nothing plugged in for that hour then I only plug my laptop in and it beeps at me to unplug it. This is unacceptable my model number is RCT-2000VAS. What can be done about this, it is not acceptable that this only lasts this long after charging all night. It should not happen for such an expensive product in such terrible load shedding times in South Africa, I can not afford to buy one each year, this should not happen.
I am absolutely devastated I was in real need of assistance and can not afford a lawyer, when the page redirected me to pay it said R15 so that was amazing since I can not go to a live lawyer as I cant pay then I see my member ship was over R700 they completely used my desperation and took me for a fool I chatted to a lawyer for 10 mins because I just had a question, now I am over R800 poorer, I might as well have gone to a live lawyer. So upset I was robbed
It is incredibly disappointing that this is the only route I can go down to get assistance from FNB. I have contacted the Revolving facility department to no avail, I have contacted FRB Debt Review center to no avail absolutely no one has been able to help me and sort out this very easy procedure for settling and closing my revolving loan facility, in three weeks, the money is there its all paid and yet. Neither the revolving facility or debt department have contacted me to sort this out. I don't think they actually understand the word customer service, and I am sure I will probably wait until there is another bank charge to come off and I will have to pay that, so fantastic they are taking more of the money that I have now paid twice while they don't fix this problem. There is absolutely no way in hell I will pay another cent to them. There is no need for another customer care person to call me as that has been a waste of my time and energy as it has not helped and they always say it will be sorted and yet 3 weeks later that is not the situation. The worst thing is I actually have no idea what more to do, I call everyone, I email everyone, I go into the bank and no help, all just to click a button on their side. I am now with a new bank and when I paid my loan at that bank it was cleared and sorted that day, all I want to do is be free of all of this and finally close my FNB account, will be the best day ever. Something they obviously don't understand and have no heart or care, that it has been a difficult ride and to finally be able to pay off my huge debt is a massive weight off my shoulders, YET I cant seem to do that.
