Bad service from Desiree van Niekerk I bought a unit at comet oaks in 2023 I paid my levies everything was fine In 2024 we were told that they are moving our levies to IDEALPrepaid service but they will do that once all your levies are paid with on the ALEC massel account . I did that paid everything then my levies were all paid on their Account then I started paying on ideal everything was fine until I got an email form Desiree telling I owe R4200 from January 2025 to march 2025 I called ideal they told me everything is fine on their side I’m not in any arrears. Month end of March I get an email again form Desiree telling me it’s a final demand of payment I ask her for which months because ideal said everything is fine she now say no it’s For 2023 Oct to Dec I must send her all proof I did that sent her all the statements she needs from me she then says I still owe R4200 now she doesn’t know for which months I must check I did that I checked her statement it shows I’ve paid R29000 since 2023 till 2024 July I call her try to explain to her that she screamed at me and hanged the phone the last email she sent was bottom line your levies are in arrears how am I in arrears when she can’t even show me for which months . And how did she move my levies to ideal services if I was in arrears how am I expected to pay for something she also doesn’t know I told her to escalate this to someone higher In her department she hanged on me
