I took out a service plan last year and I was told I have 2 service plans which I have will cover me for 2 services . I called liquid capital to double check if they will service my car I was told yes I’m left with 1 this morning I took my car for service at Hyundai Kempton park I’m told I have to pay cash I dnt have a service plan I need to take an extension which will cover me next year . I get a call from liquid capital from a guy called Sipho which was really helpful he told I have a cover that will cover my service today I don’t need to pay cash he then transferred me to customer care spoke to Tshego he advised I don’t have a cover n later told me I have one but he needs to investigate what’s happening with my policy an hour later I called liquid capital they took my number n told me they will call me later I ended up paying 2k cause no 1 seems to know what’s what
Bad service from Desiree van Niekerk I bought a unit at comet oaks in 2023 I paid my levies everything was fine In 2024 we were told that they are moving our levies to IDEALPrepaid service but they will do that once all your levies are paid with on the ALEC massel account . I did that paid everything then my levies were all paid on their Account then I started paying on ideal everything was fine until I got an email form Desiree telling I owe R4200 from January 2025 to march 2025 I called ideal they told me everything is fine on their side I’m not in any arrears. Month end of March I get an email again form Desiree telling me it’s a final demand of payment I ask her for which months because ideal said everything is fine she now say no it’s For 2023 Oct to Dec I must send her all proof I did that sent her all the statements she needs from me she then says I still owe R4200 now she doesn’t know for which months I must check I did that I checked her statement it shows I’ve paid R29000 since 2023 till 2024 July I call her try to explain to her that she screamed at me and hanged the phone the last email she sent was bottom line your levies are in arrears how am I in arrears when she can’t even show me for which months . And how did she move my levies to ideal services if I was in arrears how am I expected to pay for something she also doesn’t know I told her to escalate this to someone higher In her department she hanged on me
I cancelled my insurance on the 26 of march and the consultant I was told I will get my refund in the next 7 days . I called budget this morning I’m told I won’t get my money I don’t cause nothing was said on their system about me getting a refund I dnt understand how must I pay for insurance that’s cancelled I want my money back
I made an order yesterday at 18:30 on the app it showed ETA will be 8:30 to 9 am this morning my ETA is 10:00 to 10:30 I have to go to work but I can’t cause I have to wait for my order my ETA keeps changing this is ridiculous first time using Pick ‘n Pay ASAP and definitely my last this service is poor I’ve been using checkers 60/60 I never had this problem u order with them within 20 minutes u receive your order but this ASAP is ridiculous honestly
MTN won’t reply to any queries because they know they just taking people for a ride with their useless services
I got excited very early after speaking to Nqubeko one of the consultants hoping he done his job only to find out no he ddnt I still haven’t received my policy documents after 3 weeks of taking the medical insurance they debited in my account money but still I don’t hv any proof how do I go see a doctor n which doctor do I go to
I’ve never in my life experienced such bad service we took a fibre router from MTN the bought us a Zyxel router “from supersonic this router is not connecting to the internet I’ve been calling MTN fibre and supersonic they picking up the my R100 airtime down the drain as the so called supersonic they watsapp number they just blue tick n not say a word this is such a bad service from MTN being one of the bigger providers their service is Rea bad
Service was good from Nqubeko but im disappointed from the other agent I called regarding my policy documents only to be told it’s coming I called again today all along they had an incorrect email address I’m still waiting for my policy number till now . The only thing he was interested in was me getting him new business other than that thank u Nqubeko for assistance
The poor communication n bad service that I’m receiving from fairheads is really bad I got a call from fairheads in 2021 regarding my late father estate I was told to fill in form send my id copy payslips proof of employment n I did . They called my young brothers grandmother who was his guardian to do the same n he did we waited for fairheads for a year no communication from them nothing . Unfortunately the grandmother passed away n we informed them they told his new guardian must do the same n we did when I called them I was told to send the grandmothers death certificate we did . My brother is now done with school still no help from fairheads I’m being sent up n down the gentleman that I spoke to is now telling me a different story I’m so annoyed please help me
