When placing an order on Alibaba, the platform pushes you aggressively to purchase “Trade Assurance” as if it guarantees your money and shipment. Don’t be fooled! After 100 days, my order has still not arrived, and Alibaba refuses to refund the payment — despite all the so-called buyer protection.

They keep making excuses and shifting responsibility to the supplier. The so-called “insurance” is meaningless.
