Very low quality "****" goods using names and logos similar to quality brands to fool buyers. I never buy at "cheap" stores, and I was reminder why, bought my son a bicycle before Christmas, and the quality of the parts is so bad, it is now basically a freewheeling ride-on, as suppose to a "21 speed" mountain bike, it was the only present I could afford for him this year, so his Christmas was without a present, I can't afford to replace the not working parts, and they don't give any warranty, but again, my fault fot taking that risk, hard lesson!! Typical cheap import store, do not support!!

The have almost everything and at very reasonable prices. The parking is a bit of a problem but overall I’m happy.

My problem is the batteries provided. I handeled at least 40 batteries of which 10 were dead from the shelf: connected to ups system. Had to wait for loadshedding to test. Another 15 died after 1 to 3 cycles. Did not recharge again. Lost a great deal of money. I had the same problem as Marius. From time to time stock arrives. Could find an inverter some time ago, Never got the same stock again. Other items are usable.

With all the load shedding we experienced, I wanted to install a solar system and was looking for a pure sine wave inverter as modified sine wave inverters are not recommended for sensitive electronic equipment as it causes hum in induction motors. When calling them, I was told their Lairun product was on special. When I got there, I found it to be labeled "pure sine wave inverter." I was told to take it to their test bench. While waiting for it to be tested, I was called away to where they were testing the solar panel I also bought. Upon returning to the test bench, I was told that the inverter was tested while I was away and took their word for it. After connecting it at home, being an electrician myself, I noticed the fan motors were humming and knew it was not a pure sine wave. I checked it on my oscilloscope and confirmed my suspicion. I took a photo of the display and went back to them. I was treated very hostile when I told them they are selling a fraudulent product . As electronic "experts" they should be well aware of those inverters not being pure sine wave although labelled as such.
