Ali's guarentee with new Samsung phones.
Bought a Samsung phone from them 11 months ago. It went dead. They claim no garuantee and unable to fix the phone. Will not do business with them again.

Fruugo
Placed an order with Fruugo on 17 feb 2026. Promised delivery by 6 mar 2026. Today is 24 mar and still no sign of my order. Unable to contact the courier. I take it that I have lost my money. Be very careful when ordering from Fruugo.

Poor Courier service.
Ordered a product from fruugo on 18 February 2026. Parcel arrived at Polokwane on 4 March 2026. Today 17 March 2026 and still not delivered in Lephalale. What poor service!!! Promised delivey date was 6 March 2026.

Men shoes
Bought shoes from them 17 August 2024. The product was never delivered and never recieved a refund. So called Jim Amara promised me in 14 e mails that I would be refunded. This is a ***** somewhere in the world collecting(*****ing) our money. Never do business with him.
