TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
Used the company before for a broken gate motor. This time they had us wait for a day and a half before showing up, just to tell us someone else in the company should come have a look. This person told us the Friday that the slave motor burned, you don't get any parts, we need new motors and they will arrange to come take it out. The tuesday I had to MSG and ask if there is any progress. This has been 2 weeks ago and they did not even have the decency to come back to us. Another company came to look, the motor is not burned out and you still get parts. And there was some wires disconnected, which solved the problem in 15min. They had us eait for 10days and still does not have the decency to come back to us. All about gates is unreliable and obviously does not want to work.

All about Gates
My gate motor has been giving me problems since the day it was installed. I eventually was referred to Eddie of All about Gates who came the next day. This was earlier this week. He discovered what the problem was and rectified it in under half an hour. Extremely professional and knowledgable about gate motors. Excellent service.

My gate motor has been giving me problems since the day it was installed. I eventually was referred to Eddie of All about Gates who came the next day. This was earlier this week.
