TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
Used the company before for a broken gate motor. This time they had us wait for a day and a half before showing up, just to tell us someone else in the company should come have a look. This person told us the Friday that the slave motor burned, you don't get any parts, we need new motors and they will arrange to come take it out. The tuesday I had to MSG and ask if there is any progress. This has been 2 weeks ago and they did not even have the decency to come back to us. Another company came to look, the motor is not burned out and you still get parts. And there was some wires disconnected, which solved the problem in 15min. They had us eait for 10days and still does not have the decency to come back to us. All about gates is unreliable and obviously does not want to work.

Terrible service
<p>On 20 May I posted about Hi-Q Gezina who totally messed up my car's cv joints. Too the extent I had to take it to someone else to be repaired. This after I did take the car back to them. I did send a mail to Hi-Q, but they did not even bother to respond. If this is how they do business, I will not support any of their franchises again.</p>

Messed-up cv joints
<p>I took my car to have the cv joints replaced in December. The service I got there was not great, but I had a problem. 2 -3 months later the noice started again. I phoned them and went back. I was told it was a clutch and not a cv joint problem. But it stopped. Now it started again and it was worst than ever. I took the car to a mechanic and he told me that the cv joint was a mess. Some of the clips were either backwards or not even there. I paid alot of money for them to do me in. It is unexceptable. </p>

Messed-up cv joints
