I requested membership certificates twice and on both occasions, despite giving my name and ID number, was sent my step daughters certificates. This is not only a breach of privacy but irregular. To try and get hold of someone to assist is nigh impossible.
Le-Ann Cozette went the extra mile to assist me and her customer focus is exceptional. I cannot say enough how satisfied I am. Kudos to Le-Ann
I have tried for 2 days to speak via the DSTV live chat as well as the whatsapp line and neither are able to assist with an error code. None of their phone lines work. This is beyond ridiculous
Wondering if my Nando's order is even going to arrive at all at this rate
I get weekly phone calls from agents asking me if I know of anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. Beyond belief
Delivery promised today. Nothing.no communication whatsoever
Honestly very bad service here. Communication is shocking and they are absolutely useless
