Poor service

I obtained a quote from the above company at the end of March to secure my property with mesh fencing, the purpose of which was solely to ensure that my puppy could not get out of the property. I subsequently and on the 27th March 2015, duly paid the 50% deposit in order for the services to be rendered to me as per their requirements. Despite various emails and telephone conversations with their contact within their company to make arrangements for the service to be provided, this did not materialize. When telephone messages were left to be returned, this was not done. This continued for a period of three weeks, during which time, I could not have my puppy on my property! At this stage, I was upset and decided to use another service provider and requested repayment of my deposit, a week later, this has not been done despite numerous promises that it would be repaid timeously! I am very unhappy with the service received at this supplier!!!
