All round bad
I went with these guys cos they were one of the few who responded to my emails. Regretted every moment. They sold me tin plate palisades for a security application (did not explain it would be 1mm thick) At least they agreed to replace with stronger materials but then got the quantities wrong. Took almost 3 months to get to this point. They are very slow responding, blame delays on everyone else from broken delivery bakkie to galvaniser procedure. Promises to send quote by end of the week and I get it 3 weeks later after constantly chasing. now battling to get any response

All round bad

Waiting for more than a month to get a response, no response.
Wen to there offices to sort out Palisade Fencing for 3 relatively small areas to secure a domestic home for Tenants. Up to date I have had no feedback even paying a much higher price as what they are advertising for Bolt on Galvanized Palisade Fencing. Money was already paid by the 15 September 2017 and still nothing. That is after various emails and telephone conversations. Have tried to organize with them to get it done as I am residing in Krugersdorp Area and the property in Durban is just about the only source of income for me. I was there and told them the urgency of delivery as I was only there for a limited time to be able to put the fencing up myself as I do not actually have money to get it done, that is way I actually used them in the first place as everything would have been made to my speck. Still no satisfaction from All Steel Fencing. Do not recommend.

ALL STEEL FENCING DURBAN PAID NO DELIVERY
Ref: All Steel Fencing Durban Job Number D36/1-1021 \attached"<br> <br> On acceptance of ALL STEEL FENCING quote I sent Dinisha a signed copy of the contract/invoice and proof of payment for the deposit SUM of R6450.00 being 50% of the total job quoted (R12 900.00). Hand written on the signed invoice/.contract I requested a delivery/ installation date. When this was not forthcoming I tried in vain to contact the company All Steel Fencing and sent over 30 emails to Dinisha who failed to reply. Nothing but broken promises and repeated lies. As of today (20/08/2015) I still have had no response to me demands and requests. All I want is my money back so that I can complete this job at my home. I have proof of payment for this job which is 50% of the total value of the job quoted for. I warn all persons dealing with All Steel Fencing to be aware of their unscrupulous business ethics....they have none """

The worse customer service i have ever received!
I received a quote on the 30th of june 2015 from a woman named Lorraine who represented the above mentioned company for 20 meters of palisade fencing with a pedestrian gate 2 be supplied and fitted. After paying the required 50% deposit which i done that very day, i was informed that my fence would be installed after 2 weeks. 6 weeks on and im still waiting. I no longer wish to do business with this company and have requested a refund.

Poor service
I obtained a quote from the above company at the end of March to secure my property with mesh fencing, the purpose of which was solely to ensure that my puppy could not get out of the property. I subsequently and on the 27th March 2015, duly paid the 50% deposit in order for the services to be rendered to me as per their requirements. Despite various emails and telephone conversations with their contact within their company to make arrangements for the service to be provided, this did not materialize. When telephone messages were left to be returned, this was not done. This continued for a period of three weeks, during which time, I could not have my puppy on my property! At this stage, I was upset and decided to use another service provider and requested repayment of my deposit, a week later, this has not been done despite numerous promises that it would be repaid timeously! I am very unhappy with the service received at this supplier!!!
