Only rated 1 star coz there isn't an option 2 give no stars. Purchased a TV on the 8th of December 2024. Still yet 2 receive any updates regarding the expected delivery date of the TV and value express does not answer calls 2 confirm estimated date of delivery. Contacted Makro customer service on the 18th and 20th and to date, all they could do was furnish me with the number of value express who does not answer calls. Never again will I ever use the online platform to purchase anything. I feel like I got ****med. The worse customer experience I've ever received to date in my 43yrs of living.
Do not purchase anything from this company! When u enquire about your goods, they will respond and say we waiting for products and then when they do eventually deliver, your package will arrive with items missing and then when u request a refund, they will ghost you. ****!
The worse e-commerce store without a doubt. Extremely bad customer service. 15 days on and I'm yet 2 receive any of the stuff I paid 4. If I did not email them, I wouldn't know anything. I was told that 1 of my items was no longer available and that I would be refunded after 7 days 4 that item but still no info on when I would be receiving the balance of the stuff I ordered. Definitely my last time using their service

I received a quote on the 30th of june 2015 from a woman named Lorraine who represented the above mentioned company for 20 meters of palisade fencing with a pedestrian gate 2 be supplied and fitted. After paying the required 50% deposit which i done that very day, i was informed that my fence would be installed after 2 weeks. 6 weeks on and im still waiting. I no longer wish to do business with this company and have requested a refund.
