You can deposit Money easily, but you cannot withdraw. Now you have to do a selfie on a online device with a camera for Biometrics Verification. Not even my bank requires this from me. Absolutely Pathetic.
They have moved us from Krrugersdorp to Lephalale (Ellisras) and then back to Krugersdorp. We have found them to be very competitive with their prices and was well done in both instances.
I am very unhappy how my transaction with Marquis Finance is currently handled. I bought a Land Rover Freelander II 2.2 SD4 SE A/T 2012 with a 135638 km on the Odometer from The Car Finance Company on the 01 February 2023. I took possession the Vehicle the 11 February 2023. The 13 February 2023 early hours of the morning on my way to Lephalae (Ellisras) in Limpopo the car broke down and went into Limb Mode after which I slowly travelled back home again in Krugerdorp, 14 Clonmell Street, Kenmare. I then notified Jaco Janse van Rensburg from The Car Finance Co. of the incident in which he relayed the message to Tyron. They fetched the car the same day and took it in for repairs. The car was then returned to my premises on the 18 February 2023. From the 22 February 2023 I have started inquiring about my License Disc to Jaco Janse van Rensburg and Lizelle Bezuidenhout because it was important for me to get the Disc as I will not be able to Enter Medupi Power Station where I work. Neither will the Insurance honour their side of the contract when the license is not up to date. They included an Mechanical warranty and an Protect you Car plan in the contract that was included in the Total Costs that was R 14 100.79 and R 9 666.51 respectively which means nothing if the car is not even roadworthy. Jaco did inform me 8 March 2023 15h00 that the registration of the car was done and that he would sort the disk out as he knew it was important to me. On the 1st of April 2023 the car broke down again 11km before Thabazimbi on my way from Lephalale (Ellisras), Limpopo to Krugersdorp, Gauteng. Unfortanatley there was no signal and had to wait next to the road till someone could be of assistance. I got the car towed on a flatbed trailer to Tabazimbi where i left it in the care of "RS Diensentrum". I had to pay R2100 cash to the towing company. I then ontacted the Roadside Assitance which was stated under the CFC Assist Mechanical Warranty (Global Motor Administartation) which was on the Transaction Schedule of The Car Finance Co. which in rep**** they will get back to me and never did. The car stood for quite some time at RS Diensentrum in Thabazimbi before they told me that the Engine got damaged. As I wanted the car to to be properly repaired I arranged it to be Transported to LRXtreme in Pretoria after quite a while gave me an quote of about R73 700.00. I then contacted Lizelle to let her know what has happened and informed her of my situation regarding whole ordeal of the car. She then got her Director Samantha Bouwer to contact me after which I again explained my situation to her after she did say she would see what see can do as the car has not yet gone for road worthy and they still need to give me the License of the car. I then carried on communicating with Samantha Bouwer where things just got quiet from her side. I am so fed up I really do not now know what to do as everything was so dragged out that it has been 3 months already for my ordeal. I tried to get send e-mails to Marquis Finance in which they rep**** to use the portal. But when you use there portal you need to use your ID Number which in return says it is not registered. I need to reverse this deal as soon as possible and get the money I paid in back as no-one will ever do a deal like this.
I have always used Thrifty because of their rates and service. Now I will not used them again. I have paid the full amount for a weeks use but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The cancelation was made 2 weeks before I even had to pick up the car. Various mails, but to no satisfaction. I have been waiting for my money for more than a month now. So do not use them. Especially with their latest sneaky ways.
This person has ripped me R445.00 for a Capacitor from his store, when I returned it without the Capacitor even been used, he said that electronics can not be refunded. So I just dropped it on his Table and walked out. I will never use them ever again for any business or work.
I got my account up to date 14 Dec 2018. Now they have billed me again with R927.00 which is impossible as there annual fees is R265.00 a year. So it cant be more than R530. I have asked them for a statement which can reflect my payments and up to date bills. Instead they threaten a person with an amount which is totally unacceptable. I wish they can get there stuff up to date. They even sent this letter on old *.doc format, and not responding to my query.
I am so disappointed with VodaCom. After they gave me a good deal because I am Unemployed and cannot afford everything with a monthly premium of R268.70 - R104.35 for a Smart S + Line Rental they slapped on R188.79 for Vodacom Add to Bill - Other which I do not know anything about. They should ban any 3rd Party add ons. They make a hell of lot of money by these fraudulent transactions. When I phoned them they said it came from Telecom Games, they did stop it though, but I still cannot afford to pay that extra R188.79 on my bill that was not authorised. I am not going to pay that as I have no prove that I subscribed for such a service that bills something like R7.00 a day.
Wen to there offices to sort out Palisade Fencing for 3 relatively small areas to secure a domestic home for Tenants. Up to date I have had no feedback even paying a much higher price as what they are advertising for Bolt on Galvanized Palisade Fencing. Money was already paid by the 15 September 2017 and still nothing. That is after various emails and telephone conversations. Have tried to organize with them to get it done as I am residing in Krugersdorp Area and the property in Durban is just about the only source of income for me. I was there and told them the urgency of delivery as I was only there for a limited time to be able to put the fencing up myself as I do not actually have money to get it done, that is way I actually used them in the first place as everything would have been made to my speck. Still no satisfaction from All Steel Fencing. Do not recommend.
I have bought an LG Laptop (A510 G.AEE9RZ) less than 4 Years ago. I need to get the Laptop to Factory Condition and to do that I need the product Software to make a restore from my backup Files, which is called \LG Smart Recovery". I have approached all the agents and even phoned LG United Emirates from South Africa. Because LG does not produce Laptops anymore they no longer have software to restore my system. I just think it is very bad for them not to keep stock of the software even if I have made backups but do not have the Software. Their backup Support is thus poor."""
