Pathetic workmanship and unreliable service and bad customer service
On 2 November 2022 my vehicle Mercedes-Bens A160 for faulty gearbox. Only two weeks later i got a quote as to the damage of the gearbox. Repears were started and payment was made for the full damage. On the 15 December 2022 i only received back my vehicle after 6weeks. While driving home with my vehicle 13km further my engine light appeared on the dash. Called the company immediatilly and was told i could drive home but must look for leakage underneath the vehicle. Once I stopped at home I looked beneath and low and behold two drops of red gearbox oil was leaking. When I inquired by the company they informed me they will send a lowbed on Saterday 17 December 2022 which they did. I requested a loan vehicle seeing I was 6 weeks without any transport, but was told to me they can not assist with a vehicle and how long am I going to have to wait for my Mercedes to be repaired now as the company is closing on the 23 December 2022 for any work matters.

Landrover specialist in Centurion
By far, the most untrustworthy, corrupt business that I had to deal with in my life. Vehicle has been with them for more than four months. Initial work has been done, all parts have been repaired (according to them), but they refuse to assemble the vehicle and supply me with an invoice. We had various meeting to discuss the possible issues, but all they can do is make promises and excuses. I requested to assemble the vehicle myself on their premises, but they refused my assistance. I am now speaking to my lawyer for assistance in this matter. I strongly recommend that nobody ever make use of this company.

WORSE EXPERIENCE ON THIS GARAGE AT CENTURION.
Sent my landcover for repair , charged over 40K Rands for Injectors sets . The vehicle ran for less than 5000km and the situation turned to worse , told by the garage that the injectors were Re-con and out of 12 months warrant hence can not do anything.

<div>****** bunce of skelms, car went in for minor service where by me and the owner agreed on a set price, they delivered my car with a broken car lock, i asked them why my car lock is broken, their response, car was in workshop all time, that was the response from the owners daughter and after we talked she blocked me on whatsapp totally, didn't even try to do something about broken car lock, i needed to replace lock at my own expence, and they did not deliver my car without payment because they know the rediculous amount they charged me so first pay then get car, they took my money as well, after we agreed on a set amount for minor car service. Biggest crooks, look for another machanic. </div>

Above the law car shark in Centurion
I have never come across a bunch of lying, cheating bullshisters in my life, firstly they haven't gat an idea of how to fix a car, then they change invoices just as they like and lie to the ombitsman, but clearly the consumer has no leg to stand on. The owner ferdy victor is a dishonest, stealing, lying shark and needs to be put out of business, for the sake of the residents of Centurion, because he has an unqualified person living in the workshop, and he is allowed to work on the peoples cars.

Crooks, sharks and bull&^%s all of them. I suggest if anyone needs a gearbox, try the fish and chis shop n the corner, the would most probably do a better job. These fools really haven't got the faintest idea what the are doing, but they must remember what damage a bad review can do to a company, and I will carry on.
