Bad after sales service
I bought a car from we buy cars midstream, just over R200 000. I drove it for 6 days, then i had to push start the car, the battery is dead. The flap that goes in the boot, the material thing that covers the boot is broken. When I contacted them the salesman says to me the boot thing is cosmetic, so they are not willing to do anything about it. The battery he says is normal wear and tear, so sorry again. normal for a battery to pack up after 6 days. people, be careful of them, the give a warranty, at a cost of course, but it means nothing. It's a disgrace

Steeling a box of fish
We bought a box of fish at Pick and Pay Centurion lifestyle centre, when we got home and unpacked the bags there was no fish. I went back to them and they say the are sure they packed it in. So unless someone broke into the car while driving home and stole the fish, Pick and Pay never packed it in. So now they loose a regular customer, for a R100 box of fish, they don't care about the customer at all.

Scam
This is second time I am writing a review, discovery refuses to respond, Aftern I cancelled my membership with them, they said I owe them R3500, they handed me over to itcba for collection, they said it's now R3700, I maid a payment and tried to send my proof of payment to them, email address does not exist, I reported this scam to discovery, who said they would look into it, but never did. totally useless, I am waiting for a reply from discovery,

Is discovery also a scam
A year after I cancel my membership discovery says that i owe them money, they handed me over to their collectors, itcba, the email address discovery gave me so I can send in my proof of payment doesn't even exist, so someone there is scamming people.

I am sure they are just a scam, made a payment towards a discovery account, tried to send in my proof of payment, but email address they gave doesn't exist.

Racists
I went there yesterday to get petrol for my car that ran out of petrol just up the road from the filling station, the idiot there refused to fill the petrol cans I had with me. now I wonder how do I get petrol for my lawn mower, do I need to take the lawn mower there every time the petrol is finished, I for one will never set foot at that filling station again, there are many more in the area. It is a racial issue for sure.

Refuse to pa for services rendered
Be very carefull of these people, I was contracted in to perform work for them, and now when it comes to pay for my service, they refuse. All my attempts to contact them are ignored.
