On 2 April 2026, I deposited R120 into my Yesplay account around 16:00, but the funds haven't been credited. Despite multiple chats with support, I've been told to be patient with no resolution. Requesting urgent assistance: - Investigate and resolve the issue - Credit R120 to my account - Explain the delay Yesplay, sort this out ASAP 🙏
On 2 November 2022 my vehicle Mercedes-Bens A160 for faulty gearbox. Only two weeks later i got a quote as to the damage of the gearbox. Repears were started and payment was made for the full damage. On the 15 December 2022 i only received back my vehicle after 6weeks. While driving home with my vehicle 13km further my engine light appeared on the dash. Called the company immediatilly and was told i could drive home but must look for leakage underneath the vehicle. Once I stopped at home I looked beneath and low and behold two drops of red gearbox oil was leaking. When I inquired by the company they informed me they will send a lowbed on Saterday 17 December 2022 which they did. I requested a loan vehicle seeing I was 6 weeks without any transport, but was told to me they can not assist with a vehicle and how long am I going to have to wait for my Mercedes to be repaired now as the company is closing on the 23 December 2022 for any work matters.
I was at Wimpy on the17 December 2022 and i must sy, i am soooo disappointed in Wimpy at mall@reds. We were there 11:05 sitting outside and we were waiting for over an hour to get our food. When the food arrived it was cold. Load shedding was not to blame, because other clients received there food before i received mine, and seated at the same time.
No positive response has been received as to date with my query that was sent to you. If you would please advice and request acceptable feedback as I have received not even a phone call from them.
My main dependend 01 was rushed to emergency department at unitas hospital on 24 desember 2019 and diagnosed with COPD and was then admitted in hospital. Medical aid refuses to pay the emergency doctors account as they are implying that i could have taken him to kalefong hospital. There is more than sufficient cover for hospitilisation and unitas is a registerd hospital at the medical fund for emergency. The medical aid (GEMS) refuses to pay the emergency department (Docters) only the hospitilisation was fully paid. This is ridiculous and needs to be rectified.please follow up as this is unacceptable.
