Above the law car shark in Centurion

I have never come across a bunch of lying, cheating bullshisters in my life, firstly they haven't gat an idea of how to fix a car, then they change invoices just as they like and lie to the ombitsman, but clearly the consumer has no leg to stand on. The owner ferdy victor is a dishonest, stealing, lying shark and needs to be put out of business, for the sake of the residents of Centurion, because he has an unqualified person living in the workshop, and he is allowed to work on the peoples cars.
