This is not a requirement to view a house. If this was than it should be mentioned it in the listing. I have viewed a number of properties and this was never requested, so why did this agent make this a mandatory requirement. This was supp**** and to date he still has not even provided feedback as to how was this used and to provide a viewing for the property. In conclusion, Craig white wanted a pre approved bond for a property which we had no chance to view. With POPIA, why is this agent not following the rules. My personal information was requested for what ******* purposes??
