I settled my account that was handed over to them by Vodacom on the 25 of March 2026, it was a debit order. I called to confirm if they have received funds and they said yes. I called again to enquire about paid up letter. A guys assisting me said the funds has not been allocated to Vodacom and I must wait, that’s a complete bull****!!!! After two ****en weeks you telling me funds have not been allocated. He told me to call Vodacom collection and I did call Vodacom and they told me I will only get the letter once Alliance Call Centre Services allocates the funds to them. And the letter I will get it within 48 hours.
