Alliance called me and told me my vodacom account is in arrears,at which stage I asked them to provide proof of this. I have not received anything back in one week. Now they are sending my relatives whatsapp's claiming that they owe them money on my number. They even openly gave my banking details to my relative claiming its hers. So I've now called the number of keamogetswe (0879808780) but there is no answer. I have also called vodacom legal department in connection with this and they say I AM UP TO DATE!!!! They actually owe me money.

Alliance called me and told me my vodacom account is in arrears,at which stage I asked them to provide proof of this. I have not received anything back in one week. Biggest **** artists on the planet… I made an arrangement and finished after the idiots sent me a statement… when they didn’t stop debiting I called and they sent me a statement with brand new charges incurred after the arrangement was made and honoured?!…. excuse me…. I have proof of all this by the way

I made an arrangement with alliance cc a lady named Patients phoned me last year regarding my Isabella Garcia account. The amount owed was paid long time ago and no statements was ever send to me. The funny thing is they are still deducting from my acount and all the numbers I have suddenly does not exist. They don't assist at all

Today I Once again tried to call AVBOB call centre to sort out my 85 year old Mother’s policy . It was my lucky day as I received the absolute best assistance I have ever received from a lady by the name of Marietjie. She assisted me over and above any call centre person I have ever dealt with! Thank you Marietjie! You made my AVBOB experience painless . You are an Asset to the company !

Today I Once again tried to call AVBOB call centre to sort out my 85 year old Mother’s policy . It was my lucky day as I received the absolute best assistance I have ever received from a lady by the name of Marietjie. She assisted me over and above any call centre person I have ever dealt with! Thank you Marietjie! You made my AVBOB experience painless . You are an Asset to the company !

Please assist hello peter On the 5/12/2024 i got a letter ter stating i agreed to pay the full outstanding amount I agreed to pay the full amount on the 13/12/2024 since then im waiting for a paid up letter they do not hold there end of agreement ment ive got all documents what they send and what i had to pay they dont even bother to call me back

Hello Peter. This company alliance call centre services, was able to somehow got my contacts list. And now they are sending my contacts list WhatsApp messages saying I must settle my vodacom account. I never signed any document with VODACOME to disclose my personal information. How about my privacy. Who gave them the right to go through my phone book.

Hello Peter. This company alliance call centre services, was able to somehow got my contacts list. And now they are sending my contacts list WhatsApp messages saying I must settle my vodacom account. ATT: Vodacom, ATT: Blue Label Connect, ATT, ATT: Isabela Garcia. Please note your debt collection agency is running a **** where it constantly disturbs people with calls to pay and settle outstanding debts from your account, they offer discounts, arrange debit orders and when we settle, they don't update the accounts and refuse to provide us with paid up letters. I have settled my Blue Label connect contract on the 30th August through a registered debit, and I requested a paid up letter on the 03rd Sep where I was informed it will be issued in 21 workings days with my credit status updated., I was informed to follow up on the 30th Sep and guess what, since the 30th Sep and today the 01st Oct I am getting the run arounds about my paid letter, for one I was send a screen shot that shows my account was never paid or settled, I disputed that and I was informed it will be escalated, but nothing has happened. So to Vodacom PTY LTD, Blue Label Connect PTY LTD and Isabella Garcia. You are working with **** of a company that takes people's money to settle your accounts but they dont. **** **** ****. To anyone who gets a call from this company Alliance Call Centre services that your account has been handed over to them, I say tell them ****, hang up, block them and contact your own service provider to make arrangements and pay directly to your own service provider. This company IS RUNNING A BIG ****.
