I honestly think I should close the account at old mutual, this is a second complaint and app promised to be 5-7 days on the app is now past 14days. Old mutual keeps asking for the same documents over and over again,don't save your money here. Worst client service,the call centre agents can't even give you a turn around time . So useless
Every sinceI started my Data Science journey with Hyperiondev, I have had the best support money can buy. From mentor calls to queries,I certainly recommend anyone who wants to embark on they coding journey to chose Hyperiondev.
I honestly don't know who to communicate with with my withdrawal, you call customer service and send email but nobody response. I am strugglingto upload my documents because they application doesn't even take me to the screen to upload it and WhatsApp is worse. But it's crazy how they harass you when they miss payments.
During December I contacted the debt center to get a payment holiday because I deposited R8000 towards my loan and didn't get a response on the outcome but a debit. Another thing I still didn't get an updated statement on how much I still owe. I don't get why standard bank lack communication especially when you need assistance in the debt department.
I wish I didn't take them for granted,I took on their Data Science Bootcamp and still pushing ,but the support and their course content is worth exploring.
Yesterday I purchased a few things at a Woolworths at Paulshof,using virtual card and the manager need to authorize the the transaction,and I have the old ID book and on my app,the virtual card was incorrect loaded starting my surname with N and not M. I have purchased with it alot,but this time the manager said she would call,and I agreed because I have used it before. The way she judged the poor condition on my ID as she explained to the consultant really got to me,that their mistake made me out to look like I was doing ***** by purchasing with a virtual card. All I can say is this,what was thier mistake insulted me deeply.
One the 30th of July,after I updated my funeral and life cover,I was given an email that I won a R1000 voucher and that it will be paid in 14 days. 14 days after still nothing,called in 5 times and still no help and now I am left to wonder if being loyal for so many years is worth it because they claim they going to assist but I am always following up.
I would like to inform people of the bias I experienced at Malander Placement located in Sandton. My contract ended on the 31st of May as I was working for their client. When everyone got paid on the 25th of May 2020,my salary was withheld because I got upset as to my contract ending during COVID,but after I spoke to HR I agreed to finish my contract . There was favoritism and nepotism happening, as one of the bosses family members had been employed way before us without the relevant qualifications .We were used to clean up the business books,but they lied promising us positions as creditors clerks . No matter how we pushed with technical problems and systems shutting down during lockdown,I still had my salary withheld and now I lodged a complaint with the CCMA to assist with my payment of my leave not taken (others have had their leave days not taken paid on the 25th of June 2020). Please,I advise people to not be fooled by the glamorous recruitment agencies, no matter how much you try,if your skin color doesn’t match up, you will be treated like nothing.
