Biggest **** artists on the planet… I made an arrangement and finished after the idiots sent me a statement… when they didn’t stop debiting I called and they sent me a statement with brand new charges incurred after the arrangement was made and honoured?!…. excuse me…. I have proof of all this by the way
Very negligent insurance, first for the money… no sense of customer service and if I hadn’t had this claim I would have never known… everyone has moved on and I am still back a fourth with the panels beater… all of them can escalate and send emails to each other willy nilly but cannot call you as the client, no one has called back since I first logged my complaint… and I’m on my own chasing the panel beater… Rather go with a other insurer

I’m currently processing my first claim and so far I’ve received good service. I’m a little worried that the assigned assessor has not contacted me, but I hop for the best. I spoke to Portia Sibiya this afternoon who gave me a very clear status update and arranged a courtesy vehicle for me very easily… Not regretting my premiums at this time
So I literally just walked in with friends and we have been profiled in a manner which I am yet to determined we have been asked to understand that there is a minimum spend of R800 per person and think about it before we enter no real explanation just a stalling story, I’m seated right by the door . Waiters gather right next to my chair, horrible first experience
We damn near didn't exist... They served every white customer with a smile... Even the ones that came after us... Imagine I had to get up and ask an unphased manager for for a Menu... A menu something we should have gotten on our way in... No service
