<div>I have a paid up account with Alliance for Isabelle Garcia. On the 2nd of August my husband paid R200 in error to Alliance. I immediately sent an email to Alliance explaining the error & requested a refund. I was told to use wattsapp which I did. I managed to speak to a consultant who requested my husband's bank statement to show that the money went off his account which I did.. I also sent a copy of his ID. I kept calling in and managed to talk to a young man by the name of Tabang who really tried to assist, he said that he was waiting for the finance department. I continue to wattsapp the call centre, they read my message but never respond. How frustrating & disappointing for a big company as Alliance. I am still waiting for the R200.
