Mapula of One plan has given me an exceptional service from the very first time that I called in One plan , her voice was very clear, I sensed the experience & professionalism in her. A week later she called me to ensure that my card was delivered &that I am satisfied. What a lady. God bless her & I thank One plan for the training she must have received. . <div>I have a paid up account with Alliance for Isabelle Garcia. On the 2nd of August my husband paid R200 in error to Alliance. I immediately sent an email to Alliance explaining the error & requested a refund. I was told to use wattsapp which I did. I managed to speak to a consultant who requested my husband's bank statement to show that the money went off his account which I did.. I also sent a copy of his ID. I kept calling in and managed to talk to a young man by the name of Tabang who really tried to assist, he said that he was waiting for the finance department. I continue to wattsapp the call centre, they read my message but never respond. How frustrating & disappointing for a big company as Alliance. I am still waiting for the R200. 2 weeks ago I gave wonderful compliment about a Rain call centre staff member who went the extra mile.. After receiving the 5G router 7 days ago, we are pensioners living in a retirement home. We were just left with the router with no one from Rain offering to help to set up the Router. This 5Gis worse than the 4 g. The after sales service is disgusting. I called in to speak to someone, anyone. My call was answered, as soon as the young lady heard my complaint she pretended she could not hear me. I was kept on the phone for 13 Min. I don't want this router, they must cancel, I have already disconnected the router.Rain please fetch it immediately.
I called in to upgrade to a Rain 1. The consultant Babalwa Mjandana was the most kind patient and professional person I encountered. She helped my husband and I to do a payment online, we are pensioners so we were challenged . I am pleased and very satisfied with this young lady who had a smile in her voice andmade us both feel special. Rain thank you that you have trained Babalwa.
I. Had a challenge with my debit order, a very bubby, friendly young lady with a professional attitude assisted me within a short time on the telephone all was well.
