Allianz FlyAirLink Travel Insurance doesn't answer emails for >3 months, doesn't answer phone

Allianz sells travel insurance on FlyAirLink booking site and does not respond to emails in almost 4 months! Airlink suggests I call them on Tuesday 10 Sep at 3:50pm, the answering machine refers to business hours 8-4:30, requests to leave a message, and then hangs up.
