Our complex used Ubuhle painters for repainting the whole complex a few years back and just now again for general touch-ups and damp-proofing on various units. We've been repeatedly impressed with their professional assessment, pleasant workforce, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Allianz sells travel insurance on FlyAirLink booking site and does not respond to emails in almost 4 months! Airlink suggests I call them on Tuesday 10 Sep at 3:50pm, the answering machine refers to business hours 8-4:30, requests to leave a message, and then hangs up.

Wanted to add a "non-standard" item to my policy and received super-fast reply from their email support line. It became apparent that they don't just offer "one size fits all" solutions and actually listen to their customers. This is consistent with my previous experiences with JaSure, including a claim a while back.

I've enjoyed the ease of use and almost playfulness of switching insurance cover on and off when needed. Then had my first claim and was blown away by how friendly and uncomplicated the process flow between Jasure and Santam went. Just had another interaction (with the Jasure tech support) re a glitch and again: friendly, uncomplicated and efficient.
Innovative "pay as you go" insurance underwritten by Santam. I have 3 bicycles on their App for which I activate insurance as I require. Excellent service all along and crunch-time as I had an accident-related damage claim recently. All was handled super-efficiently online but with a human touch where required. Really great experience.
<p>Had bike for repair. Very good communication during the process by service advisor Callie Sharp and personal hand-over by mechanic with useful feedback and insight given. A few days later, breakdown on freeway. Again, very efficient attention and assistance. A day later, proper explanation why fault not related to first repair but still lenient offer for remedy. The perfect mix between stereotypes of German precision and warm South African hospitality. Thank You! </p>
Towed H1 to Hyundai Bryanston with clutch pedal on floor. R10,000 clutch replacement had no effect, same fault back after collection. 2nd repair allegedly hydraulic cylinder, even tough they first said release bearing after stripping. Now 40km after collection, clutch not working properly. Dealer principal Philip courteous but no apology and refuses loan vehicle while car goes back for 3rd attempt to fix. Suspicion that clutch never needed replacement. Faulty parts have disappeared. Had similar (3 times re-work) experience with radiator replacement at Hyundai Bedfordview. Service attitude and workmanship not suitable for a commercial vehicle.
