<p>Frank used faulty equipment. Shoddy workmanship and no supervision. The initial repairs were not completed and the pool was filled... resulting in the water being drained and the pool filled again after fixing the bad work. The pipes replaced leaked and caused the ground toe swell and now the pool's side has cracked wide open. Frank is the most arrogant and useless service provider I have encountered ….. ever. STAY CLEAR.</p>

<p>I called Mr van der Berg and asked him about the colour of my pool water. I told him I did not have a huge amount of money and hence I wanted a quote to understand what was to be done to the clear the milk water. He sent 2 outsource men the following day in a vehicle that looked like it was 2 pieces glued together, they cleaned the surface and put the working pump back on. It ran for 24 hours, following day they arrived and I asked them for a quote, I then called Frank and he said still never being to my property R950.00 with was still expensive but I agreed. I asked for this quote in a mail. The 2 men then continued to clean the water and sand in the pump. I asked it that was in the quote they said yes. When they were leaving they I offered to pay them, they said no - pay Frank. I called Frand no less than 5 times during the next 3 days and eventually said I need a quote in writing and invoice to match. I then received an invoice for R2700.00. I paid the R950.00 as quoted. I received the most disgusing verbal abuse on mail and on WhatsApp after that. I was then threated he would get me listed numerous times. When I received a document 6 weeks later saying I need to pay the R2700 or get listed I called the listing company. I was assured by the manager Louis that he has not leg to stand on as he was taking a chance with no paper trial especially a quote prior. I logged a despute with Accountability. Louis said that the document that Frank has mailed me was not signed by him and hence it was illegal. I then got listed by Frank and Accountability, and in shock I called Accountability and they said they cannot help and got referred to Trans Union for another despute to be lodged. I now figtht that case. This man is a ******** and is very abusive. Stay clear of this company and Frank van der Bery. I see he has taken other people for a ride as well. I needed *****s tightened on the filter cover and a timer switch replaced. This ****tard charged R3400 for these repairs. Wired the switch the wrong way around so that off is now on and vise verse and there is no battery backup as requested as was the case with the replaced switch. The switch can be bought for R300 from any hardware store. ***, nothing but an opportunistic ******ic ****tard.

On 17 December '15 a pool repair job was quickly and well done at my home. This turned bad when the manager/owner reacted in a hostile and irrational way when I queried the shocking high price invoiced and requested a review. Expecting about 70% less based on similar services recently provided - all under R1000, I stated my affordability right now (though not the real issue).
