Bonitas Medical mistakenly took R11,000 from my account and i cannot get anyone to accept responsibility and refund y money. Their Call Centre is ***********, and the WhatsApp link is a joke. As a pensioner, I cannot afford such amounts .
They spacebanked my timeshare without permission (or a request from me). It takes forever and numerous calls to just get someone to talk to. No response to e-mails. Absolutely the worst company to deal with.
Service at Fury Fourways is pathetic. I explained the problem in detail and requested they take the vehicle on the road to experience the fault. Twice they had it for a full day and reported that there is no fault. Upon checking the Tracker report it was clear that the vehicle never left the workshop. They blatantly lied. After three visits to the workshop they cannot repair a faulty fuel gauge.
Ford is unable to repair a faulty fuel gauge - I escalated the issue to Ford's customer (don't) care helpline. A promise to call back with solution turned out to be an empty promise.
Trying to buy a week's timeshare.... paid them last year already but the unit is still not transferred to my name. No response to Queries.
Contracted them for a full garden layout. Initial design and work was done reasonably well. The designer, Johan Schoeman, did a sterling job with the design, incorporating the changes requested. The owner, Peter Roussos however cares about money only, adding exorbitant margins, fails to verify quotations - blaming staff for mistakes and not taking any responsibility. Then has the audacity to "take legal action for non payment" on items not supplied according to his quotation. Quoted 15 cubes of boulders and only supplied boulders measuring 2,5 cubes.
<p>Frank used faulty equipment. Shoddy workmanship and no supervision. The initial repairs were not completed and the pool was filled... resulting in the water being drained and the pool filled again after fixing the bad work. The pipes replaced leaked and caused the ground toe swell and now the pool's side has cracked wide open. Frank is the most arrogant and useless service provider I have encountered ….. ever. STAY CLEAR.</p>
Vodacom allowed an unknown person to upgrade my wife's contract and gave the perpetrator a new tablet - and charged it to my bank account. We reported the incident, gave affidavits, etc. The only action from Vodacom was ...... NOTHING. they still took money from my account. When we stopped the debit order and paid only the other (linked) account, they suspended the phone that was still in good standing. We then received notification that we're being blacklisted and further legal action is taken to recover money from us. I went to Vodaworld customer centre twice, my wife phoned many people and NO result is forthcoming. They refuse to give me information as to where and when the upgrade was done in order for me to lodge a private investigation. <br>
