Sub par service at Aloe Plaasvars
After we were advised to try their great Tramezzinis we run into the following problems. My wife asked about it at the front desk and was told that they are great and she ordered one. I ordered a breakfast and was informed that I get a free coffee with it. After some time our two other family members received their toasties and I received my breakfast. My wife was informed that they do not have any Tramezzinis, to late to order anything else. After gentle enquiries about the bad service apologies followed with a small piece of carrot cake. Then on top of it I had to ask for my coffee which the waitress forgot about. I believe they need to review their service level before I would visit them again. Very disappointing experience
