Bad food at spur Swakopmund
Spur Swakopmund. I ordered a toasted bacon, soft egg and cheese sandwich, but received a dry toast with hard egg and no cheese. I would rather stay away from this Spur in future

FNB bank in Trichardt is falling apart
What a bad experience. One and a half hour with no progress. Firstly the machine that issue ticket to indicate your position in the queue is out of order. Even the bank manager do not have a clue what he should be doing. No structure at all. Everbody, customers and staff is just wondering around. This is past third world. Really, really, really bad.

Wimpy BAD!!!!!!!
Arrive, waiter give menu. Although only a few customers arround waiter did not come back for 15min. I then went to the kirchen to order. Had to ask the staff to clean the tables because it was very dirty. Bad part is the manager of the shop is walking around in the shop and did not pick up on anything. And the Wifi is not working. Last time here, never again.

Delfino's restaurant, if you want to enjoy your food, give it a miss.
Food was ok, but the kitchen staff and waiters way too noisy. Could not conduct a discussion at the table because of the noise. Also none of the waiters wear there mask correctly. Shocking

BNM Stillbay bad service.
Booked a place for 8 people on morning og 31/12/2021. Arrived to no booking, was informed we cannot order from the menu as the only make toasties, scone and cheese cake. Ok, had something to drink and decided what to order. Was then informed the the chef closed the kitchen, ***!!!!. After some truth being exchanged with chef we ordered toasties. To be fair the toasties were lekker. As they are quite pricey I will not visit them again.

Sub par service at Aloe Plaasvars
After we were advised to try their great Tramezzinis we run into the following problems. My wife asked about it at the front desk and was told that they are great and she ordered one. I ordered a breakfast and was informed that I get a free coffee with it. After some time our two other family members received their toasties and I received my breakfast. My wife was informed that they do not have any Tramezzinis, to late to order anything else. After gentle enquiries about the bad service apologies followed with a small piece of carrot cake. Then on top of it I had to ask for my coffee which the waitress forgot about. I believe they need to review their service level before I would visit them again. Very disappointing experience

De Krans cellar Calitzdorp.
Visited De Krans in Calitzdorp today. Enjoyable food and great wine, 5 star. Lady at rhe tasting sliped a bit wirh service, but male companion stepped in brilliantly, well done. Great experience.
