My order number: 9994, I placed an order via Payflex through Alora on the 14th August 2025 and i was given an estimated delivery date of 28 august 2025 to 11 september 2025. Up until now i have not received any feedback from Alora even when i have sent them numerous emails they are no responses from them. I have fully paid for my items via Payflex. When i logged a ticket via Payflex they closed my case last week with no response on why they closed it without any explanation. I feel like i'm being ****med.
