Good day, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a purchase I made on 3 December 2025 with Order Number 10316. To date, I have not received the item, nor have I received any response despite sending multiple follow-up emails requesting an update on my order. The complete lack of communication from the store is extremely concerning and unprofessional. Given the prolonged delay and the absence of any response, I am now seriously concerned that this business may be de*****ing customers by accepting payment without delivering goods or providing support. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I am able to provide proof of payment, order confirmation, and copies of my follow-up correspondence if required.

I have placed an order (9916) on the 31st of July 2025 with them till to date no feedback nor delivery of the item that caused me a lot of money. This store must be seriously investigated for ****ming people and misleading adverti*****t. The service is beyond poor, actually non existence service. My order number: 9994, I placed an order via Payflex through Alora on the 14th August 2025 and i was given an estimated delivery date of 28 august 2025 to 11 september 2025. Up until now i have not received any feedback from Alora even when i have sent them numerous emails they are no responses from them. I have fully paid for my items via Payflex. Horrible! Alora is the worst “store” I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered on 3 May 2025, months later, still nothing but lies, **** updates, and excuses. They treat customers like fools with their copy-paste nonsense about “international courier” and “warehouse delays.” This is a **** disguised as a business. Don’t waste your money here, they’ll happily take it and never deliver. Absolute joke of a company!

I do not recommend ordering from Alora-sa.co.za. I’ve followed up multiple times with no response. My order has not been delivered, and there’s been no communication or progress updates. Despite requesting a refund, I have still not received any feedback. Very disappointing service.
