To date, I have not received my order nor any communication regarding its progress. Due to the lack of updates and delivery, I have decided to open a case in this matter.
I do not recommend ordering from Alora-sa.co.za. I’ve followed up multiple times with no response. My order has not been delivered, and there’s been no communication or progress updates. Despite requesting a refund, I have still not received any feedback. Very disappointing service.

Hi, I lost my last week Wednesday 30 November 2022, which was insured with Vodacom. I reported the matter at Vodacom store (Campus Square) and Police station same day and my phone was blocked. I contacted Vodacom Insurance whilst I was at the store to assist with the claim and my claim was declined. I made follow up again on Tuesday and I was given three different reason by three different consultants by the name of Zanele, Leboheng, Tisetso and the reasons were "no usage on the sim" and "line is still active". I requested to speak to the supervisor and was told the supervisor is in a meeting and requested for a call back and to date they have not contacted me and do not have a phone which is an inconvienance I have been paying insurance monthly and have never claimed before now I am given excuses when they have to pay.
