Alora and Payflex I'M ****MED- items have been fully paid but i have not received my items. My order number: 9994, I placed an order via Payflex through Alora on the 14th August 2025 and i was given an estimated delivery date of 28 august 2025 to 11 september 2025. Up until now i have not received any feedback from Alora even when i have sent them numerous emails they are no responses from them. I have fully paid for my items via Payflex. When i logged a ticket via Payflex they closed my case last week with no response on why they closed it without any explanation. I feel like i'm being ****med.

I opted for a Discovery education plan, for my kids, from a well trusted company. I’m shocked Discovery still treat people who have disclosed their HIV status, and declines my request, because they still think people with this kind of illness can’t live a long and healthy life. It’s always the case that they still think we will die easy. I’m not sure how they know when one will die, but looks like they know. This Discovery Educational policy i wanted it is for my kids, as to why is was declined, I really i don’t understand. I've been with Discovery for more 10 years and also have been on Diamond status for most of the years except for last year. Discovery have all my health details and I have never been to hospital since I started treatment or chronic medication. I feel the stigma will never go away anytime soon, if the company that deals with life treats and behave this way, its ridiculously disgusting. My partner took the same policy for our kids from EduX, and she did disclose her status as well, she was given a 6-month waiting period due to the existing condition, i would have understood if they did the same, but not from Discovery. I’m highly disappointed, and annoyed in this day in age we are still treated like this, i just wish i could change or move to another medical aid who will treat us like people. I ask for an educational policy for my children, because we don’t know what the future holds, we just had floods in KZN, i travel to work every day anything could happen. Discovery is taking the future from my kids to study when I’m no more. This is reference number: 5131528104 I received from Discovery when they declined the educational policy.
ABI - Durban region is protecting their employees when they have broken the law. I have phoned and emailed their HR to report an employee who has abducted my child to know her whereabouts and i'm getting no response - it's been more than 4 days. The police are looking for that ABI employee because she has changed her residential address. I'm disappointed in ABI for NOT assisting.
