No guarantee on repairs never returned after reporting appliance was still leaking.
Very sloppy service. A Technician came out to fix both our fridge and dishwasher. He worked with dirty hands. The appliances and switches was left dirty. He used my tablecloth to mop up silicon he messed. The dishwasher still leaked all the water it took in after repairs. We called back the next 4 consecutive days and was told they would come back or that they were actually on their way, but never returned. I would not recommend or ever make use of this company again. They did receive payment for repairs on the initial day of repairs.

Worst repair company ever.
This company will come into your home, look you in the face and **** you. They claim to replace your parts and fix your machine only to have it break again a day later. R1250 later I've had to pay another R950 to another company to come and do the job properly. They issue an invoice with a 3 month warranty and then when you contact them to come back out they claim to be in hospital.

Worst repair company ever.
This company will come into your home, look you in the face and **** you. They claim to replace your parts and fix your machine only to have it break again a day later. R1250 later I've had to pay another R950 to another company to come and do the job properly. They issue an invoice with a 3 month warranty and then when you contact them to come back out they claim to be in hospital.

Alpha appliance repairs ****mer
These are Sharks in the industry,they came to supposedly fix my washing machine. As it was not draining water, so they came claimed to fix it. Instead they just cleaned the debris on the pump. Afterwards, they handed my wife some old pump and some refrigerator parts claiming they replaced on the watching machine. 4 months later, the machines gives problems, I got a different techs to check and they found out the nachine still has the manufacturer/Original pump and it has never been replaced. They replaced only the pump and all is good. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALPHA APPLIANCE REPAIRS. They also advertise on Facebook,please run with your money they are ****mers, first hand experience.

Bad service
I requested R134a compressor for my heat pump geyser and they installed R22 (9000BTU) the power is not the same as R134a (12000BTU)and I called them to come and replace with the correct compressor and they are refusing. I have paid R6020 on the 28 December 2021. I requested to speak to the own of the company and they refused.
