This company does not even deserve 1 star. No customer service available. Order paid and confirmed 14 days ago. No further feedback, tracking number or follow up. They never answer a phone or a voice or whatsapp message. I will never buy anything from them again. I am afraid I have lost my money.
Very sloppy service. A Technician came out to fix both our fridge and dishwasher. He worked with dirty hands. The appliances and switches was left dirty. He used my tablecloth to mop up silicon he messed. The dishwasher still leaked all the water it took in after repairs. We called back the next 4 consecutive days and was told they would come back or that they were actually on their way, but never returned. I would not recommend or ever make use of this company again. They did receive payment for repairs on the initial day of repairs.
A quotation (2334) to Mr Christo Jansen van Vuuren for 4 solar panels, lithium ion battery and inverter including all brackets and cables and mini DB was given on 28 June 2022 and accepted on 4 July 2022 for the amount of R66 950.00 A further amount of R6 500.00 would be payable to the installer upon installation. Payment made by Mr Jansen van Vuuren on 5 July 2022. Promised delivery would have been between 5 to 7 working days but only happened in 12 working days on 21 July 2022. No delivery note accompanied the delivery and Mr Jansen van Vuuren a pensioner not an electrician by trade and not having knowledge of solar energy, batteries and the works accepted the delivery believing all is well. The name of an installer was provided by Sable energy but he did not arrive to do the installation after numerous phone calls over a period of a month. Another installer was provided by Sable Energy that eventually came to do the installation on 2 September 2022. It was then found that the delivered battery was a gel battery and not a lithium ion battery. Another phone call made to Sable. They had loads of excuses and came to replace the battery. It was also found that none of the brackets, switches or mini DB was included in the delivery and the installer purchased it and was paid desperately by Mr Jansen van Vuuren. The installer had to come back on 6 September 2022 to complete the installation because all the necessary extras was not available. He completed the installation only to find the inverter to be faulty. The installer has been paid in full. Sable energy came to collect the inverter and delivered a new, but different looking inverter. It is now 11 September 2022 more than 2 months post payment for a service and the new inverter has not been installed and the solar system still not working. Mr Jansen van Vuuren in the meantime had a mini stroke was in ICU and is in a depressive state due to the large amount of money paid as a pensioner and not receiving any value for his money while having load shedding 2 to 3 times a day. I would not recommend anybody to ever make use of any service provided by Sable Energy. It has been the worst service Mr and Mrs Jansen van Vuuren have ever received from any company.
I purchased an appliance online on 14 November. The morning of 15 November I received an email that my appliance was ready for collection although it was advertised that there is a 7 to 10 day order waiting period. What a welcome surprise. I collected my appliance at Hirch"s Medowdale, Germiston that same day. Their service was quick, friendly, well organised, efficient and relaxed. I was impressed from beginning to end. Well done Hirch's I will most certainly do some shopping with you again. Thank you and well done.
Do not order anything from their online shop. They are a bunch of thieves and liars.!!!!! I ordered an item on 7 July and have not received my parcel or a refund or a decent reply to any of my e-mails or enquiries or a telephone call nothing they just pocket your money. Spread the word and be warned.
Pathetic service. I ordered a product, they received my payment on 7 July 2021 and never had a word from them again. No updates and no personal response to any of my queries in 2 months. Only an automated e-mail confirming the receipt of query.
