Lack of service implementing unnecessary COST

Two months ago, Alpha Metering was appointed by the Body Corporate, replacing a reliable smart metering company with whom we had a simple and efficient process for purchasing electricity. Since their appointment, Alpha Metering has blocked my access to purchase electricity and imposed an unreasonable penalty fee of R175.

I refuse to be pressured by an unprofessional company attempting to operate in a space far beyond their capability. I have reported this matter to both the Rental Tribunal and CSOS. Companies that lack ethics and proper service delivery should not be allowed to operate in this manner.

I requested that this trivial and unjustified amount be rescinded, but they refused and responded unprofessionally, even suggesting that I am the problem.
