Scam Alert AlphaTechza
They are biggest scammers I ever met , they still haven’t provided my product , they said it’s a delayed delivery but it’s been over a month now heading into the second . I would like to build case against them , if you are in a similar situation please comment . I have also found who the account previously belonged to , this give you an indication of who actually Ryan the account but searching the number of times that they I have changed their username so I have found who it belongs to now , I have seen he gets large amounts of deposits . Found out his full name and surname .

They are biggest scammers I ever met , they still haven’t provided my product , they said it’s a delayed delivery but it’s been over a month now heading into the second . I would like to build case against them , if you are in a similar situation please comment . SCAM ALERT
I placed an order on the 18th of September with them , they promised delivery so many times yet 2 months later they are ignoring my whatsapp and DM's. they are nothing short of a scam. my money down the drain.

Scammed
These guys sold me an iPhone 8 256 G and got the 64G, complained and returned it to get the 256G, I still haven’t gotten my phone, they ignoring my calls, messages and it’s almost been a month and refuse to refund me! They scammed me

Bad Service
I bought an IPhone 8 Plus 256G on the July 2nd, the phone only arrived a month later with the explanation of delayed deliveries of phone which I understood, when I checked the capacity of the phone it was 64G and I told them about this then we agreed that I’ll return it and give me the correct phone. Now I am being ignored for days when I keep on asking how should we exchange the phone

Bad Service
I bought an IPhone 8 Plus 256G on the July 2nd, the phone only arrived a month later with the explanation of delayed deliveries of phone which I understood, when I checked the capacity of the phone it was 64G and I told them about this then we agreed that I’ll return it and give me the correct phone. Enquiry to AlphaTech store to refund me
I did a payment to AlphaTech to purchase a macbook for R10000. They kept giving me runaround on when they will deliver the product. After writing a lengthy message to them, they finally told me that they do not have stock at that moment and they have ordered for me. Fine, I trusted they will deliver than the following week they told me that the model I want is not available and they said if I do not want the product they will refund me. I asked for a refund and today is a week and they have not refunded me my money. I send them messages on WhatsApp but they do not reply anymore but on social media they post when customers have received their packages clearly showing their chats but here I am being ignored
