I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from Ms. Almarie Kotze at the Clicks Pharmacy – Harvest Place branch in Glen Marais. On multiple occasions, she has been consistently rude and dismissive in her tone, speaking to me in a way that felt condescending and disrespectful. Her manner of communication left me feeling belittled and uncomfortable, as though I were being spoken to like a child rather than a valued customer. Most recently, she refused to provide me with my last repeat prescription and follow-up, despite it being part of my prescribed medication cycle. As a result, I am now forced to obtain a new script unnecessarily, causing inconvenience and added stress. I believe that customer service—especially in a healthcare setting—should be grounded in professionalism, respect, and compassion. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience at this branch. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and improvement in how patients are treated moving forward.
The products and pricing aren’t matching because the quality of the products is bad. I bought rings and they changed colour within days after wearing them, I bought black earrings and more and wore them twice and they already started to chip, even the nose rings, they change colour just days after use
They are nice and quick to respond to your queries, instead of calling they have text option and works perfectly.
These guys sold me an iPhone 8 256 G and got the 64G, complained and returned it to get the 256G, I still haven’t gotten my phone, they ignoring my calls, messages and it’s almost been a month and refuse to refund me! They scammed me
I bought an IPhone 8 Plus 256G on the July 2nd, the phone only arrived a month later with the explanation of delayed deliveries of phone which I understood, when I checked the capacity of the phone it was 64G and I told them about this then we agreed that I’ll return it and give me the correct phone. Now I am being ignored for days when I keep on asking how should we exchange the phone
I pay R300 on my sim only contract and I get 120gigs of data where half is for daytime and the other half for night express, last month my 60 gigs for daytime finished in two weeks and I called mtn to ask why and I was given a reference number and till today there’s no feedback then on 17th of December my data came in like it usually does and you sent an sms stated I got credited with 120 gigs where in reality you put 60 gigs where the half is for daytime and the other half night express. Till today feedback
