Enquiry to AlphaTech Store to refund me

I did a payment of R10 000 to purchase a macbook at AlphaTech Store. They had been giving me a runaround on when they will deliver my product. After writing a lengthy message to them, they had told me that they did not have stock and they had ordered for me. The following day, they messaged me telling me that the model I want is not available and if I do not want it they will refund me. I had asked for a refund and today it is a week and I have not received my money. I send them messages on WhatsApp but they are now ignoring me but they always post on social media of clients receiving their packages but they do not attend to me. Please kindly help I need my money back.
