On 15 June 2021, Alpine Lounge collected my La-Z-Boy recliners that required replacement of the mechanical mechanism (10 year limited warranty), Not sure why it had to go to the factory for replacement, as I believe the parts could have been replaced on site.
Since then I have had no communication regarding the progress of the repairs (via Masons Benoni - the Supplier, I received all kinds of contradicting feedback from it is ready for re-delivery (a week ago) to, it is still in repair).
Extremely poor service for R26K furniture.
