ALTCOINTRADER BLOCKS YOU WITH 2FA WHICH THEY WON'T REMOVE EVEN THOUGH NEVER ACTIVATED

I am trying to help my sister with her login, but they activated 2FA without informing her. It is going round and round to confirm her details, but they just redemand the same things. All we wanted to do is sell and get out for my sister. But they are ridiculous.
