I am trying to help my sister with her login, but they activated 2FA without informing her. It is going round and round to confirm her details, but they just redemand the same things. All we wanted to do is sell and get out for my sister. But they are ridiculous.
This is ridiculous. FNB closes the Trust account. No letter. No communication. The latest bank statement is bank charges of R160-odd. Every month we pay those bank charges. I get a call from a lawyer. ***. Now the lawyer thinks I must confirm my details. WHAT REASON DO THEY HAVE TO 1. Close the account; 2. Hand it over as the amount is current. I have been a client of FNB for 40 YEARS. FNB must phone me. Not a flipping lawyer!
I recently got authorisation for a foot operation of about R32K, after multiple to and fro wth the authorisation, ****help agreed to pay R18K for the operation, but now they have only allocated R2k., leaving me with the balance of R30K, and not R13K. They don't answer my email querying it. Looks the same as the other medical aid - Deny, Delay, Defend.. I AM VERY ANGRY - And they don't basically pay the other things like anethetist and x rays, etc... out of hospital care... I am on the 2nd top medical plan - Dimension Elite..
I can't do a payment from my desktop. It keeps on saying exceeed daily limit but it hasn't. The last time your 'wonderful' chat line said i must use the app. I don't want to do these large payments from my phone. It is not secure!! This has happened before. Fix IT!!!!!
Everywhere I go look, I cannot find any contact details with an email address. PUT EMAIL ADDRESSES ON THE WEBSITE - Contact Us. PUT AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE BANK STATEMENTS, IF YOU REFER THE QUERY TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT, PUT A ****** EMAIL ADDRESS!!!! Always have to phone. Always 500 security questions, which are all ****. They just checking their records are up to date.
REALLY - TELKOM PHONES AND SAYS THE ADSL LINES WILL BE TERMINATED AT END AUGUST. SO WE MOVE TO FIBRE. I CANCELLED CYBERSMART ON THE SECOND WORKING DAY OF THE MONTH, AND CYBERSMART STILL WANTS TO DO ANOTHER DEBIT!!!! FOR ONE DAY THEY WANT R860+. IN THIS TIME OF COVID AND EVERYBODY CUTTING COSTS, THEY WANT TO BE KNOWN AS A COMPANY WHO CHASES AFTER R860+ FOR ONE DAY. WE HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM CYBERSMART AND IF TELKOM DOES NOT WORK OUT I TOLD THEM WE WOULD COME BACK TO THEM. BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO KEEP A CUSTOMER
We had an emergency. My daughter did not organise anything for her move out of a flat. Two men helped us the same day. Fantastic!

This is ridiculous. I paid this car up in 2007. Now they want me to pay R57 to get the details to fill in the change of ownership form for the car. So what you sent it to me already. Send it again. provide a ****** service, for crying out loud!!!!! They can't even email it to me. You wonder why I don't use Wesbank anymore!
