Bad customer service

Used to love and appreciate them until I needed them to come fix their unit that is draining car battery, 1st technician who said we will meet at 12:00 didn’t pitch when I called he said he was attending to his family matters, the next one said he will come at 08:00 and the vehicle was committed at 08:00 and he refused to come later and this was in October and we going to February soon and they don’t want to attend to my vehicle, all they do is promises promises promises
