Claim number 2045291 Accident happened on the 27th of July 2025 and claim was authorised on the 7th of August 2025 and today is the 27th of August no payment done neither to the finance house or the business

Bad service at claim stage
The lady who is handling our claim Nombuso Mthethwa doesn’t want to help me, I have called multiple times and she says she will contact the driver(employee) but she never does Your claim reference number is: C2045291. She has left a bad taste

Bad after sales customer service

Bad customer service
Used to love and appreciate them until I needed them to come fix their unit that is draining car battery, 1st technician who said we will meet at 12:00 didn’t pitch when I called he said he was attending to his family matters, the next one said he will come at 08:00 and the vehicle was committed at 08:00 and he refused to come later and this was in October and we going to February soon and they don’t want to attend to my vehicle, all they do is promises promises promises

Bad insurance company
Would advise against taking budget Accident happened on the 19th of December 2022 and claim was done on the 20th of December 2022 and today is 11th of January 2023 they haven’t done anything to fix the car, we have to run behind them asking for updates and the last update they saying the senior consultant was given the claim, really? All customer service employees and accounts department are rude they don’t understand the meaning of customer service and they say calls are recorded but when you ask for a recording you will never receive I will never advise someone to use Cartrack services Netstar was the best
