I need answers
I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response from Always (P&G South Africa) after raising a serious concern about their Always Cotton Soft Ultra Thin pads that I purchased from Clicks. Both packets were completely different from the usual Always product — they had no branding, no absorbent blue layer, and no internal markings. I immediately contacted P&G with pictures and detailed information, but it’s been over a week with no feedback, no acknowledgment, and no accountability. As someone who has trusted this brand for years for myself and my siblings, this experience has completely shaken my confidence. If these are supposedly “new and improved,” why aren’t they listed or advertised anywhere? And if they’re not, how sure is P&G that counterfeit or faulty products haven’t been distributed under their name? To make things worse, Clicks’ customer helpline told me they couldn’t assist further because of POPIA, which makes no sense when a customer is simply asking for a refund and clarity. I have reached the point where I’ll be escalating this through the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) because I refuse to let this issue be ignored. It’s not just about money — it’s about consumer safety, transparency, and accountability.

Always sell dirty pads 😭😭😭😭
I am so disappointed. Are you guys recycling your pads. 😭. Always is a well respected company and your products are so expensive. Why your pads now leaks I am an heavy flow & my daughter as well, and I’ve been using always for years since it has been the only product that could handle me well and give me comfort. But not anymore why your pads are misshaped & dirty when I check it under the light. I bough 4 at Makro such a big store selling *******. Are you trying to kill us. Surely this is one of the reasons woman develops these irritations, rash and other sicknesses. I am truly disappointed & disgusted. I don’t even have money right now to buy new pads for me and my daughter so I am forced to use this dirty ******* I bought.

Always Dry-weave top-sheet quietly removed
I need to understand why Always have done away with the dry-weave topsheet and gel technology which made them the best pad out there? It also made them the most expensive pad but now we are paying a premium price for a leaky pad and their packaging says nothing about the removal of the topsheet! If you are a bulk shopper, like me, you now have tones of pads that do not do what they used to do. So annoying!

Pads way to thin as if they are pantyliners
Your pink always ultra is a no no!! I always buy the blue pack but this time I chose the pink and when I opened it was very very very thin pads as if it's panty liners. In 3 hours I was already on the 4th one. Are these panty liners with wings or what??? Not happy at all

Always night pads
I generally bleed heavy. At day or night, I've been using the always night pads. I'm always getting messed , so uncomfortable to sleep or sit.im my flow the wings actually can't get messed making it so frustrating.. I actually have to use 2 always night pads to just be safe not to get messed. I prefer kotex night now. That actually works better. The shape of their night pads secure more flow then the always night pads.
