I need to understand why Always have done away with the dry-weave topsheet and gel technology which made them the best pad out there? It also made them the most expensive pad but now we are paying a premium price for a leaky pad and their packaging says nothing about the removal of the topsheet! If you are a bulk shopper, like me, you now have tones of pads that do not do what they used to do. So annoying!
Over the past month, every single time I have tried to log into my profile to stream, I get this: ALERT! It looks like your credentials did not fully pass our security checks. Kindly reset you password, or contact us at help@dstv.com Nobody is explaining why this is happening and nobody is able to assist! If I have to chat you your bots one more time, I am cancelling my contract with you because ***???? We are even paying for an additional streaming account and they too cannot log in but you guys are not explaining WHY or returning money for a service you are NOT RENDERING!!!
I switched to a cheaper bank account last year in order to save money. The account is switched to is meant to cost R260 per month. Noticed this month that I was charged R260 for the monthly account fee AND R247 for a "service fee". Not sure what this service fee is but I was definitely not told about it!
I rented a car at your ORT branch on the 1st of November and returned it on the second. To date, I have still not received an invoice which I need to be able to claim back from work, within a week of the trip. I have called several times and been told the rental is not closed from the ORT branch but their phones have gone unanswered!
I am currently under debt review and, therefore, have no access to my credit card facility. Last week, I mistakenly deposited funds into the credit card instead of my current account and now they refuse to give me that money back! These funds are from my savings to be used to get to and from work!

The Principal's husband assaulted a 12 year old female learner and her mother and this guy is not even a school employee!!! Good day, I am an ex employee and I have been trying to resolve an issue with my IRP5 for a week now, to no avail. Your consultants are bothering to read my query correctly or call me back like they are supposed to. They keep saying its a SARS issue when it is TFG who issued the IRP5 and the payslips that have different source codes! How can SARS resolve an incorrect IRP5??? To date, I have not been able to submit my returns because my query ticket has still not been resolved and my IRP5 has not been corrected. This new Synergy sytem of yours, that prevents us from speaking directly to the correct people is *******!
Avis Van Rentals in Kempton has one of the rudest lady working at their front desk! I have never been spoken to in such a manner as a paying customer. Worst of all, the manager was right there and did not reprimand her in any way. They will not be seeing me again and I am taking my weekly corporate booking with me!
I went on Debt Review a few months ago and my Cell C account is one of the accounts that was included in this process. A rate was negotiated with Cell C and we have been paying them via the DR specialists. To this day though, Cell C has not stopped debiting my bank account, causing me to pay fees on unpaid debit order WHILE STILL ACCEPTING MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS VIA DR!!! I have been calling all month to try and resolve this and avoid going into a negative bank balance yet again this month because you also a debiting me ON THE WRONG DAY!!! I am livid! Your service has been atrocious and I wish I ad never entered into a contract with you!!!
I cancelled my contract with Cell C in July 2021. I received all confirmation communication in this regard on the 31st of July. I also called to confirm that all was in order about a week or 2 later. This past Saturday, 02 October 2021, I wake up to a debit order notification of about R30K from Cell C on my account, which was now in arrears!!! Nobody has been able to first explain why my account is apparently under exclusive contracts, and secondly why you are STILL debiting me and who is now liable for these additional bank charges!!! This is unacceptable!!!
